Dave Martin is HRA's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Dave manages and directs a wide variety of client programs and assignments including involvement in designing and implementing organizational, team building, and leadership development programs tailored to client specific needs, as well as work in the areas of policy development, compensation, and performance management.
Dave has more than 25 years of senior level human resource experience across the full range of policy and organizational climates. His corporate experience includes key senior positions with the U.S. Air Force, Southeast National Bank of Pennsylvania, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Amtrak.
He brings HRA and its clients the expertise derived from director-level responsibilities for employment, labor relations, training, compensation, benefits, employee assistance, affirmative action, and human resource information systems.
Dave has a Master's degree in personnel administration and management from George Washington University's School of Government and Business Administration.
He's also a graduate of the University of Virginia's Executive Development Program and the Air Force Leadership and Management Development Center's Professional Personnel Management Program.
